Create a webhook endpoint

/integrations.v1.services.webhookgateway.v1.WebhookGatewayService/CreateWebhookEndpoint

Registers a new webhook endpoint URL for the authenticated tenant. Optionally creates an auto-subscription when event_types are provided, so the caller can set up both endpoint and subscription in a single call.
