Webhook Gateway API

Multi-tenant webhook management via Convoy. Provides self-service endpoint, subscription, and delivery operations scoped to the authenticated tenant.

All endpoints use Restate's HTTP invocation pattern: POST /<package.ServiceName>/<Method> with a JSON request body.
