Create a Pipedream Connect token

/integrations.v1.services.gateway.v1.IntegrationsGatewayService/PipedreamCreateConnectToken

Creates a short-lived Connect token and hosted link for the authenticated user. Used to initiate Pipedream Managed Auth (Connect) flows on mobile/web. external_user_id is automatically derived from the JWT subject.
